After arguing the matter for a while,

counsel for the petitioner submits that for
the present he was confining his prayer in
the writ petition to seek a direction to the
District Establishment Committee, Zila
Parishad, Jaipur for reconsideration of the
petitioner's suspension in view of the fact
that the petitioner having been suspended on
3.4.2012, has already suffered over three
years and is entitled review thereof. He
submits that the petitioner be given liberty
to make a representation before the District
Establishment Committee, Zila Parishad,
Jaipur for reconsideration of his suspension
dated 3.4.2012 in accordance with Government
of Rajasthan Policy in such matters.

In addition to above prayer, at this
stage counsel for the petitioner also submits

that the concerned Court be also directed to
expedite the trial of case arising of FIR No.
115/2011 P.S Shahpura, District Jaipur
pending before it.

On submission made, finding the

prayers advocated innocuous, the writ
petition is disposed of with the direction to
the District Establishment Committee, Zile
Parishad, Jaipur to reconsider the suspension
of the petitioner in the light of the State
Government policy dated 12.1.2011 within a
period of six weeks from today. The trial
court is directed to expedite the trial
pending before it such that it does not
transform not into an oppression of the
petitioner from its purpose of enforcing the

law and punish the guilty.
