The matter comes up on an application
under Rules 6 and 9 of the Companies (Court)
Rules, 1959 (hereinafter 'the Rules') to re-
invite claims against M/s. Rathi Alloys and
Steels Limited- in liquidation.

For the reasons stated in the
application, the application is allowed. The
Official Liquidator is allowed to re-invite
the claims in accordance with law. For the
purpose the requisite notice with regard to
re-inviting claims against the company in
liquidation be published in Dainik Bhaskar
Alwar Edition (Rajasthan), Patna (Bihar)
Edition, Amar Ujala (Hindi)- Uttar Pradesh
and Uttarakhand Editions and Times of India
(English) New Delhi Edition.

The creditors/ workmen are allowed

three months' time to file their claims
before the Official Liquidator computed
effective the date of the advertisement.
Payment for advertisement charges be made
from the funds of the company on receipt of
the bill from the advertisement agency.

Aside of inviting claims through
advertisement the Official Liquidator should
issue notice in Form No. 64 only to those
creditors including workmen who had earlier
filed their belated claims with the Official
Liquidator and whose names and addresses are
available with him.

The application stands disposed of
accordingly.
