Non compliance with the order dated 11-4-2014 passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.3999/2014 has been alleged in this contempt petition.
Mr. Inderjeet Singh, Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of respondent submits that the order dated 11-4-2014 has been complied with and the appeal filed by the petitioner has been dismissed vide order dated 8-1-2015. A copy of the said order has been placed on record of this case.
In the facts as obtain and submission made by the learned AAG contempt as alleged cannot now sustain. The contempt petition is disposed of. Notices are discharged.
However, the petitioner if he is aggrieved of the order dated 8-1-2015, shall be at liberty to challenge the same.
