The following prayers have been made in the present writ petition,-
“1. The respondents may kindly be directed to pay equal salary to petitioner as paid to employees of same cadre who were initially appointed with the petitioner.
The petitioner has filed the representation and sent a notice of
demand dated 08.05.2013. However, respondents have not decided the same till date.
In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move an appropriate representation. In case, the same is filed within one month, the respondent shall consider and decide the same by passing a speaking order.
