The writ petition was filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 23.02.2015 rejecting his application seeking voluntary retirement.
Shri Sanjay Sharma, Government Counsel submitted that the Government has now during the pendency of the writ petition, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 19.8.2015, has accepted the application of the petitioner for voluntary retirement on 25.8.2015 with effect 1.9.2015. The copy of the order dated 25.8.2015 is taken on record.
In view of aforesaid order, the writ petition is rendered infructuous and is accordingly dismissed.
