It was stated by the learned Public Prosecutor that after investigation offences under Sections 420, 467, 468 & 471 IPC are found to have been committed by the accused and charge-sheet is proposed to be filed in the Court concerned.
In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file fresh petition, if need arises.
