This appeal has been filed against the judgment and order dated 24.5.1996 passed by learned Spl. Judge-cum-Addl. Sessions Judge, Baran in sessions case no. 37/1995 whereby he has convicted and sentenced the appellants as under:
Badari La l: U/s.360 Cr.P.C: Granted benefit under Sec.4 of Probation of Offenders Act for keeping peace for 2 years. U/s.5 of the Act: he was directed to deposit Rs.600/- towards compensation to injured Jag Mohan and Rs.200/- towards expenses to State Government.
Babu Lal: U/s.324 IPC: Sentenced to 02 years RI, fine of
