Nirmaljit Kaur, J. (Oral):
After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner stated that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the concerned authority i.e. respondent No.1 by way of representation.
The writ petition is accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. However, in case the petitioner files the representation within two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law within one month of the receipt of the said representation.
