Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the judgment rendered by the Jaipur Bench of this Court on 24.09.2014 in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 8663/2014 (Pushpendra Singh Jadon & ors. vs. State of Rajasthan & ors.), the present petition be also disposed of in the same terms as SB Civil Writ Petition No. 8663/2014.
In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to move an appropriate representation with regard to counting of his experience till the date of verification of document for the purpose of awarding bonus marks, within a period of two weeks from today. In case, such a representation is filed within the stipulated period, this Court has no doubt that the same shall also be considered along with the representation filed by the petitioner in SB Civil Writ Petition No. 8663/2014.
