The prayer in the present petition is for issuance of direction to the respondents to release the remuneration of the petitioners @ Rs 6,500/- per month from November, 2013 to April, 2014 and @ Rs. 8,000/- per month from 01.05.2014 till realization.
The similar Writ Petition No. 2157/2014 was disposed of by the coordinate bench of this Court on 24.09.2014 directing the respondents to allow the petitioner therein to work on the respective post in the scheme till it continues and further, to pay salary due to him.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that subsequently, the coordinate bench vide Order dated 15.12.2014 passed in Writ Petition No. 9261/2014 (Pawan Kumar Sharma & ors. Vs. State of Raj. & ors.) disposed of the said petition while granting liberty to make representation. The said writ petition was disposed of with the following directions as under :-

“Consequently, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction that the petitioners will submit a representation to the respondents raising all their grievances within a period of two weeks from today. The respondents shall assess whether any dues are outstanding in favour of the petitioners. Any amount being found due shall be paid to the petitioners forthwith. The prayer for being continued on the post shall be considered and dealt with by a reasoned speaking order.”
Accordingly, the present petition is also disposed of in the same terms as Writ Petition No. 9261/2014.
