Learned counsel submits that by this writ petition a challenge to the order of transfer has been made by the petitioner but he has already joined the post, however, he is intending to make a representation to the respondents. If any representation is made by the petitioner, the respondents be directed to consider and decide the same.
In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the respondents with respect to his grievances. In case of representation, the respondents are directed to consider and decide the same within a period of twp months from the date of receipt of representation along with the copy of this order.
This disposes of the stay application as well.
