Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Apprehending their arrest, the accused-petitioners have filed this present application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in respect of FIR No.248/2015 registered at Police Station Nangal Rajawatan, Dausa for the offences under Sections 143, 147, 323, 341, 447, 452, 379 & 308 IPC.

On consideration of submissions made on behalf of the respective parties and the material made available for my perusal and more particularly in view of the fact that for the same incident the accused-party also sustained injury and also the petitioners are women, but without expressing any final opinion on the merit and de-merit of the case, I deem it just and proper to grant indulgence of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Consequently, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

The S.H.O./I.O./Arresting Authority, Police Station Nangal, Rajawatan, District Dausa in F.I.R. No.248/2015 is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioners (1) Kailashi Devi W/o Sanwal Ram, (2) Rampati W/o Harlal, (3) Meera Devi W/o Lt. Ramkhiladi, (4) Lali Devi W/o Gyarsilal, they shall be released on bail, provided each of them furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each to

his satisfaction on the following conditions :-

(i). that the petitioners shall make themselves available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required;

(ii). that the petitioners shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the court or any police officer, and

(iii). that the petitioners shall not leave India without previous permission of the court.
