Learned counsel prays for disposal of this writ petition with liberty to make a representation to the respondents in the light of the judgment of this court in the case of “Radhey Shyam Godara & ors versus RPSC, Ajmer & ors”, SB Civil Writ Petition No.795/2015, decided on 21.9.2015. The representation aforesaid may be considered by the respondents in the light of the judgment supra.
In view of the limited prayer, writ petition is disposed of with the liberty sought for. In case of representation along with the copy of the judgment supra, respondents are directed to consider the same. It goes without saying that if case of the petitioner/s is covered by the judgment aforesaid, necessary benefits would be extended to him/them. In case of denial, it would be by a speaking order. The compliance of the order would be made within three months from the date of receipt of representation along with copy of this order.
