Learned counsel for the petitioner/s has contended that the petitioner/s has /have falsely been implicated as he / they have nothing to do with the alleged incident, he is not a habitual offender and the trial of the case is likely to take a considerable time, hence, the accused petitioner/s be released on bail.
Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application.
Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, but without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the case, I deem it just and proper to release the petitioner/s on bail.
Therefore, this bail application is allowed and it is directed that accused petitioner Akram @ Ladla s/o Shri Babu Khan shall be released on bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in connection with FIR No. 269/2015, registered at Police Station Gangapurcity, provided he/each of them furnishes/ furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two lacs) together with two sureties in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lac) each to the satisfaction of the trial court with the stipulation that he/they shall appear before that court on all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
