Ms. Charu Jain learned counsel appearing for the respondents has placed on record copy of the order dated 8.4.2015 whereby compliance of the order dated 29.11.2012 passed by this court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.6832/2010 has been made. Copy of the order has been furnished to Shri Pyarelal, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.
Learned counsel for the petitioners after going through the contents of the order dated 8.4.2015 prays that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to assail the order dated 8.4.2015 in accordance with the provision of law.
Hence, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as aforesaid.
