regard to eligibility criteria for award of contracts including potential assessment of the contractors aspirant for participating in tender process, is required to be dealt with exclusively by the awarder of the contract and this court cannot inter meddle in the matter and direct the respondents to revise the potential assessment criteria, as suggested by the petitioner. The petitioner has already made the representation to the authority concerned to look into the matter and revise the criteria, which is expected to be dealt by the said authority appropriately.
