The present application has been preferred by the applicant-IDBI Bank Limited seeking condonation of delay in filing the proof of the claim with the official liquidator within the time specified in the advertisement.
The Official Liquidator is still in the process of the adjudication of the claim. Thus, on the facts and in the circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice, the delay in submitting the proof of claim is condoned. The Official Liquidator may adjudicate upon the claim submitted by the applicant-Bank.
The application stands disposed of accordingly.
