This revision petition has been filed against the impugned judgment & order dated 9.7.2008 passed by learned Addl. Sessions Judge No.2, Sikar in cr. appeal no.57/2008 (5/07) whereby he has confirmed the impugned judgment dated 18.12.2006 passed by Judl. Magistrate No.2, Sikar in cr. case no. 424/2003 whereby the petitioner has been convicted under Sec.279 IPC and sentenced to undergo 3 months SI and under Sec.304-A IPC and sentenced to undergo 1 year SI with fine of Rs.2000/- and in default to further undergo two months additional SI and convicted under Sec.134/187 of MC Act and sentenced to undergo two months RI.
Briefly stated facts of the case are that the
complainant Narpat Singh lodged a report with P.S. Losal, Distt. Sikar and stated therein that on 21.4.2003 Manju Kanwar was going in a marriage with her mother and uncle Ranjit Singh and when they reached near the well of Trilok Masterji then the driver of Indica Car came in rash and negligent manner and caused accident of Manju Kanwar and ran away.
