This appeal has been filed by the appellant against the judgment and order dated 6.9.1989 passed by Addl. Sessions Judge No.6, Jaipur City Jaipur, in Sessions Case No. 3/1988, whereby the co-accused Rampal and Tuveer Singh have been acquitted from the alleged offences, while accused appellant Ranveer Singh has been convicted for the offence under Section 307 IPC and sentenced to undergo 3 years' RI together with fine of Rs. 1000/-; in default of payment of fine, to further undergo 6 months' SI.
Brief facts of the case are that on 1411.1987, Jagmohan Jasoriya submitted a report at Police Station Shastri Nagar, Jaipur mentioning therein that when he was at his house, on the public way, in front of his house, Rampal Singh, Ranveer Singh, Tuveer Singh and Khem Singh were digging the pipeline illegally.
