अपीलाथर्गण-अिभयु्व गण अ�तरलाल व �ीमती सुगनी की ओर से उपरो्व विणर्त दांिडक अपील संख्या 315/1990 एवं अिभयु्व ा मु.सुगनी की ओर से उपरो्व विणर्त जेल अपील संख्या 367/1990 अपर िजला एवं सेशन �यायाधीश, संख्या 1, अलवर ्षारा पािरत िनणर्य िदनांक 4.8.1990 के िव�्ष्ऺ गण को धारा 373 �तुत की गयी है, िजसके ्षारा अपीलाथर्गण-अिभयु्व भारतीय द�ड संिहता एवं धारा 5 ि्ऺवे�शन आफ इ�मोरल ्िेिफक एक्ट के अपराध� म� स�देह का लाभ देते हुए दोषमु्व कर िदया गया िक�तु उ�ह� धारा 363 व 366-क भारतीय द�ड संिहता के अपराध� का दोषी घोिषत करते हुए उ�ह� ्ऺ�येक अपराध के िलये चार-चार साल के कठोर कारावास एवं सौसौ �पये अथर्द�ड से एवं अदम अदायगी अथर्द�ड तीन-तीन माह के और कठोर कारावास से दि�डत िकये जाने का आदेश िदया गया।
