Learned counsel for the appellant submits that parties have amicably settled their dispute and a compromise has been arrived at between them by mutual consent, therefore, now the appellant is not inclined to pursue this appeal. A formal application, in this regard, is also laid on behalf of the appellant accompanying the written compromise.
In view of compromise between the rival parties, the application for withdrawal of appeal is allowed. Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
