In the instant contempt petition preferred under
Sections 3, 4, 5, 7, 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India, a grievance has been made by the petitioner that the order dated 23.11.2011 passed by the learned Single Judge in S.B. Civil Writ petition No.15983/2011 has not been complied with.
Mr. Naveen Verma, the learned counsel appearing for
the petitioner, has submitted that since the order passed by this Court has been complied with, he may be permitted to withdraw the present contempt petition.
As prayed, the present contempt petition is, hereby,
dismissed as withdrawn.
