It is fairly stated by the learned counsel Ms. Tanvi Sahay for the petitioner that the similar STR being No.65 of 2003 arising out of the impugned order dated 24/5/2002 passed by the Rajasthan Tax Board, Ajmer was already dismissed by this Court vide the order dated 8/2/2008, and the the petitionerdepartment has not preferred any SLP. Since the similar STR arising out of the impugned order has already been dismissed,
the present STR is also dismissed.
