No.1 and 2 (hereinafter 'the defendants') ex-
parte in view of the persistent failure of the
defendants' counsel to file his Vakalatnama
in-spite of his undertaking and last
opportunity thereon granted by the trial court
under its order dated 7.4.2014.

dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed
for.

the trial court is expected to pass the order
