Conductor with the RSRTC. He submits that in
this view of the matter he does not press this
contempt petition.

submits that in this view of the matter the
presenceoftheChairman-cum-Managing
Director, RSRTC as directed by this Court
under its order dated 15.9.2014 be dispensed
with. He submits that an application for
dispensing with the presence of Chairman-cum-
Managing Director, RSRTC has been filed.
For reasons aforesaid the presence of the
Chairman-cum- Managing Director, RSRTC is
dispensed with.
The contempt petition is accordingly
disposed of as infructuous.
