It is submitted by the learned counsel Mr. Vijay Poonia for the petitioner that the respondents be directed to consider the case of the petitioner in the light of the order dated 24.04.2014 passed by the Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.4062/ 2014 & Others, and that the petitioner is ready to make the representation accordingly.
In view of the above submission, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, if any, made by him as expeditiously as possible and preferably within one month from the date of receipt of the representation.
The petition, stand disposed of accordingly.
