impugned transfer orders have already been withdrawn and the petitioner shall be continued at Nechaua only and therefore, the present petition does not survive. The learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the said position.

for the petitioner does not press for the petition, hence the petition is dismissed as not pressed for. By this order, the stay application also stands disposed of.
