This petition has been filed under Section 482 CrPC.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has requested to this Court that this petition should be disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to raise all the objections which they have raised through this petition, before the trial court, at the appropriate stage of the trial.
Although learned PP has opposed the same.
The prayer of the counsel for the petitioners seems to be genuine, hence ordered accordingly.
The Cr. Misc. Petition as also the stay application, both stand disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
