Learned counsel for the petitioner wants that this petition may be disposed of with the liberty that if he submits any representation along with documents before the concerned Investigating Officer, who after properly, fairly and impartially investigating the matter and verifying the contents of the representation along with documents, shall submit the report before the concerned court. It is further requested that petitioner may not be arrested prior to giving notice of thirty days by the concerned Investigating Officer.
Learned counsel for the respondents as also learned Public Prosecutor opposed the same.
The prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner seems to be genuine.
Accordingly, in view of above, this petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
Ordered accordingly.
Stay application also stands disposed of.
