Heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the case diary.
The petitioner has filed a petition for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 in connection with FIR No. 255/2014 registered at Police Station Shivdaspura, District Jaipur for the offence under Section 341, 323, 325 and 308 of the Indian Penal Code.
Having considered the overall facts and circumstances of the case and looking to the nature of allegations in the FIR for the offence under Section 308 IPC, the injury report of Rakesh, material available on the record against the petitioner, I do not find it just and proper to extend the protection of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application of the accused-petitioner is hereby rejected.
