BY THE COURT :

Contempt of order dated 5-12-2013 passed by this court in writ petition No.22822/2013 is alleged. By the aforesaid order the writ petition was disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make a substantiated representation giving out details of the questions with wrong answers in the answer key. Thereupon the respondents were directed to consider the representation by themselves or if need be have it examined by an independent expert committee within one month, if possible, from the date of receipt of the representation.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the consequent undated representation made to the Managing Director RSRTC and allegedly receipted in the office of RSRTC—there is no seal or signature on the alleged receipt.

A perusal of the representation indicates that it does not detail the questions which were wrong in the answer key, nor is supported by any material to buttress it as was required under this court's order dated 5-12-2013. In the circumstances, the alleged non consideration of the said representation cannot constitute contempt of court

as the pre-condition for a valid representation were absent.

There is no force in the contempt petition. The same is dismissed.
