In response to this contempt petition alleging noncompliance of the order dated 18.03.2009 whereby this Court directed that the petitioner's pension case be finalised with reference to the Revised Pay Scale Rules, 1996 and the petitioner thereafter be paid arrears due along with interest as statutorily provided for under Rule 89 of the Rajasthan Civil Services (Pension) Rules, 1996. Mr. R.B. Mathur, appearing for the respondents states that compliance with the directions of this Court has been made. He submits that the petitioner's pension has been revised in terms of the Revised Pay Scale Rules, 1996 and thereafter the arrears due paid along with interest thereon.
In view of submission made, it is manifest that compliance with the order dated 18.03.2009 passed by this Court having been made, no contempt as alleged is made out.
Dismissed. Notices discharged.
