Non-compliance of the judgment dated
22.11.2011 passed by this Court is alleged in
this petition.

Reply to the petition has been filed.
It has been submitted that consequent to the
judgment dated 22.11.2011 and in compliance
therewiththepetitioner'scasewas
reconsidered. Thereupon it transpired that
the petitioner had secured 42% marks as
against the last candidate selected in General
Category with 50% marks in District Jaipur and
he was thus not found meritorious for being
appointed. Further the petitioner's experience
certificate on verification was also found to
be not in accordance with the para-meters laid

down in law rendering him in any event

ineligible for appointment to the post of
Prabodhak. It has been submitted that a
reasoned order in this regard has been passed
on 6.11.2013 and conveyed.
