Non-compliance with the order dated
6.1.2012 passed by this Court is alleged in
this petition.
An identical issued of the contempt
of the order dated 6.1.2012 came up before
this Court in SBCCP No. 870/2012 in SBCW P.No.
14409/2008. Now the order dated 6.1.2012 of
which contempt is alleged (SBCW P.No.
1828/2009) shows that the writ was decided
along-with SBCW P.No. 14409/2008 on similar
terms.
Vide order dated 11.8.2014 SBCCP No.
870/2012 arising of SBCWP. No. 14409/2008, has
been dismissed on 11.8.2014. The issue
agitated in this contempt petition is
identical to the issue agitated in SBCW P.No.
870/2012 aforesaid.
For the reasons indicated in the
order dated 11.8.2014 passed in SBCCP No.
870/2012 in SBCW P.No. 14409/2008 this
petition also stands dismissed. Notices issued
to the respondents stand discharged.
