Non-compliance with the order dated
5.12.2011 passed by this Court is alleged in
this petition. Thereunder this Court has
disposed of the petitioner's writ petition in
terms of the Division Bench Judgment of this
Court in the case of State of Rajasthan v.
Suraj Mal & Ors., DB Civil Special Appeal
(Writ) No.05019/2011 decided on 1.8.2011.
Reply to the contempt petition has
been filed. It has been submitted that the
experience certificate of the petitioner was
not found valid and he was not considered as
eligible for appointment to the post of
Prabodhak. It has been submitted that the
candidature of the petitioner was rejected
vide order dated 19.11.2012. Thus the order
dated 5.12.2011 passed by this Court has been
fully complied with.
In the facts obtaining, I find no
force in the contempt petition. Dismissed.
Notices issued to the respondents stand
discharged.
