made in as much as the representation filed by

the Court was considered but dismissed vide
order dated 26.2.2014. He submits that the
petition may be disposed of with liberty to
challenge the order 26.2.2014 dismissing the
petitioner's representation.
The petition accordingly stands disposed
of with liberty as prayed for.
