Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the Tehsildar (Girdhari Lal) could not remain present today in the Court in pursuance of the directions given by this Court dated 29.04.2013, on account of medical ailment, and an application for seeking exemption from appearance before this Court has been filed on behalf of Tehsildar- Girdhari Lal.
2. The S.D.O., Ladnu and other officials are present in the Court. They submitted that the mutation entries have been reversed in pursuance of the interim order dated 27.10.2010 passed by this Court and the position of revenue records has been restored and they have thus purged the contempt and they also tendered their unconditional apology.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute this position.
4. In view of submissions made at bar, this Court is, therefore, not inclined to proceed against the respondents/contemnors in the present contempt petition further with a notie of caution to them. The contempt petition is, accordingly dismissed. The personal presence of Girdhari Lal is dispensed with. The application (Inward No.12834 dated 03.05.2013) is, accordingly, disposed of.
