1. Learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file fresh as and when occasion arise. He submits that since information are likely to be received from the Municipal Board, under the provisions of R.T.I. Act, therefore, there will be need to amend the writ petition.
2. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. A copy of this order be sent to both the parties forthwith.
