The application for early listing of the writ petition is allowed.
It is stated that the issue involved in this case has already been decided by this court in bunch of writ petitions led by “Smt Shailesh Verma & Anr. Versus State of Rajasthan & Ors.”, S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.1839/2009, decided on 05.09.2012 . Petitioner wants to make a representation to the respondents for granting benefits as have been granted in the above case.
In view of aforesaid, writ petition is disposed of with liberty as prayed for. In case of representation, respondents are directed to consider and decide the same. If it is covered by the judgment cited above, then to extend the benefits to the petitioner. In case it is not covered, petitioner may be conveyed the same by a speaking order. This disposes of stay application also.
