1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioner, Raja Ram S/o Bhanwar Lal, has preferred
this writ petition challenging the impugned order dated 25.06.2012 passed by learned Board of Revenue, Ajmer in Revision No.9075/2011/Colo/Jailsamer- Raja Ram Vs. Hakim Khan, whereby the learned Board of Revenue has remanded the matter back to the learned Revenue Appellate Authority, Jaisalmer.
3. By an interim order dated 30.07.2012, a coordinate bench of this Court has granted interim order of status quo in respect of land in question.
4. Since, by the impugned order dated 25.06.2012, the matter has been only remanded back to the Revenue Appellate

Authority, Jaisalmer, no interference in the same under the writ jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is called for.
5. Accordingly, the present writ petition filed by the petitioner is found to devoid of any merit and the same is hereby dismissed with no order as to costs. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned parties and the learned revenue courts below forthwith.
