1. The petitioner, Rewat Singh S/o Hanuman Singh, has filed the present writ petition seeking following relief:
“It is, therefore, most humbly and respectfully prayed that by an appropriate writ, order or direction the writ petition of the petitioner may kindly be accepted and directed not to construct the dammar road over the Khasra No.101/10 measuring 25 bighas 1- biswas and not to divide and damage the said.”
Any other other order which this Hon'ble Court considers just and proper be passed in favour of the petitioner.
Writ petition be allowed with costs.”
