िव�ान अिधव्व ा र९ाथ�गण इस यािचका को इस स्वतंर७ता के साथ वािपस लेना चाहते ह� िक र९ाथ�गण इस यािचका म� उठाये गये समस्त आधार िवचारण न्यायालय के सम्ष युि्व यु्व र९रढ़म पर उठा सकेग� िजनपर िवचार करते हुए िवचारण न्यायालय र९करण म� अरय़ेिषत होगा। लोक अिभयोजक ने भी इसका िवरोध नह� िकया।
