�करण को सुनवाई हेतु �लये जाने पर �ाथ� क� ओर से पैरवी हेतु कोई उपि�थत नह�ं है।
मैन� �व�ान लोक अ�भयोजक एवं �वप�ीगण के �व�ान अ�धव�ा को सुना। आ�े�पत आदेश� एवं प�ावल� पर उपल�ध साम�ी का �यानपूव�क अवलोकन �कया।
म� �ाथ� क� ओर से ��तुत इस दाि�डक �व�वध या�चका म� कोई बल नह�ं पाता हूं। अत: �ाथ� क� ओर से ��तुत यह दाि�डक �व�वध या�चका अ�तग�त धारा 482 द�ड ���या सं�हता �नर�त क� जाती है। �फर भी आव�यक होने पर �ाथ� को पुन: या�चका ��तुत करने क� �वतं�ता �दान क� जाती है। या�चका के साथ संल�न �थगन �ाथ�नाप� भी �नर�त �कया जाता है।
