�ाथ� क� ओर से यह दांिडक �व�वध या�चका अ�तग�त धारा 482 द�ड ���या सं�हता ��तुत क� गयी है, िजसके मा�यम से अपर सेशन �यायाधीश, फा�ट �ेक सं�या 1, झुंझुनू �ारा पा�रत आदेश �दनांक 2.8.2006 एवं �या�यक मिज��ेट, उदयपुरवाट� �ारा पा�रत आदेश �दनांक 23.1.2006 को चुनौती द� गयी है।
मैन� उभयप� के �व�ान अ�धव�ागण को सुना, आ�े�पत आदेश� एवं प�ावल� पर उपल�ध साम�ी का �यानपूव�क अवलोकन �कया।
आ�े�पत आदेश� के अ�तग�त �ाथ� से उसक� प�ी को 1000/- �पये एवं पु�ी को 1500/- �पये मा�सक भरण पोषण रा�श �दलाये जाने का आदेश �दया गया है। इस मंहगाई के युग म� जो भरण पोषण रा�श �दलायी गयी है उसे कम �कया जाना उपयु� नह�ं है। अत: �ाथ� क� ओर से ��तुत यह दाि�डक �व�वध या�चका अ�तग�त धारा 482 द�ड ���या सं�हता �नर�त क� जाती है।
