कोई उपिस्थत नह�।
र९करण दूसरी बार िलया गया। र९ाथ� स्वयं अथवा उनकी ओर से कोई अिधव्व ा उपिस्थत नह� है।
पर७ावली पर उपलब्ध सामरय़ी का अनुशीलन िकया गया।
इस अवमानना यािचका म� कोई बल र९तीत नह� होता।
पिरणामत: यह िसिवल अवमानना यािचका िनरस्त की जाती है, िकन्तु र९ाथ� को स्वतंर७ता र९दान की जाती है िक यिद भिवष्य म� आवश्यकता र९तीत होती है अथवा कोई वाद कारण उत्प� होता है तो वह पुन: इस न्यायालय के सम्ष अवमानना यािचका संिस्थत करने के िलए स्वतंर७ रहेगा।र९ितप्षी/ कन्टेमनरस को जारी अवमानना यािचका के नोिटस से उन्मोिचत िकया जाता है ।
