ाथ� �ारा यह जमानत का ाथ�ना पऽ अन् तग�त धारा 438 द� डू �बया सं�हता ूः तुत �कया गया है। ूाथ� के �व�ान अिधव� ता अिमम जमानत के इस ूाथ�ना पऽ को वापस लेना चाहते ह�। साथ ह� उन् ह�ने इस न् यायालय से यह भी ूाथ�ना क� है �क संबंिधत द� डनायक को िनद�श �दया जावे �क य�द ूाथ� उनके सम� आ� म समप�ण कर, अपनी जमानत काू ाथ�ना पऽ ूः तुत करे तो उसके ूाथ�ना पऽ को शीयाितशीय िनः ता�रत �कया जावे।
