This is the third bail application.
The first bail application was dismissed by this Court after considering the merits vide order dated 27.7.2007 and the petitioner was permitted to withdraw the bail application filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. and opportunity was granted to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below and move an application for released on bail.
Despite nearly two years having elapsed since the said order the accused petitioner did not surrender before the court below.
