This is an appeal against the temporaty injunction passed by the learned trial court whereby in the suit for specific performance filed by the plaintiff respondent the appellant defendant has been restrained not to alienate the property by either sale or mortgage for alter the revenues entries.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and having considered the order passed by the learned court below in the facts and circumstances of the present case, I find no good ground to interfere with the impugned order.
