It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the controversy involved in this writ petition has already been decided by this Court in SB Civil Writ Petition No. 2383/1996 (The Chairman, Kulchandra Gram Seva Sahkari Samiti Ltd. Vs. The Judge, Labour Cout, Bikaner & Anr.), decided on 9.2.1999.
In this view of the matter, while following the aforesaid judgment rendered in SB Civil Writ Petition No.2383/96, this writ petition also stands dismissed.
