The present writ petition h a s been filed under Articles 226/227 o f the Constitution of India s e eking issuance of a writ of certiorari for quashing the Announcem e nt dated 13.01.2025, Letter dated 14. 0 1.2025 and the Final Result d a ted 05.02.2025, whereby the petitione r 's candidature under the EW S category for the post of Ayurvedic Medical Officer (Group-B) has been rejected. The petitione r also seeks issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the responde n ts to consider her candidature under the EWS category by completi n g the selection process, includ i ng interview, placing her in the waiti n g/select list as per merit, an d granting all consequential benefits.
